Log in to your iCell account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Factory reset your device to remove all personal data and cloud accounts, then securely pack it in its original box with all original cables and manuals.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
